Why does Cobi show the incorrect time?

Firmware updates impact time display

With firmware versions before NCU v56.1, Cobi displayed China Standard Time. Starting with NCU v56.1, Cobi displays Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT). Future NCU and modem updates will enable location-based time on Cobi.
