What should I check if Cobi is not powering on?

1. Is the battery power turned on?

If not, press the button on the battery and turn it on. 

2. Is the battery charged?

If not, charge the battery using the onboard charger.

3. Has Cobi been stored in an environment where the temperature fell below -5 degrees Celsius?

If yes, relocate the machine to a warmer environment

4. Is the battery plugged in?

Ensure the power supply wires are plugged into the battery.

5. Are the battery and charger lights on when the charger is plugged in?

If not, do a battery BMS rest.

If yes, elevate to the next level of support.
