What should I do if I get a 'machine blocked' error on Cobi 18?

1. Check to make sure the cleaning environment is clear of any obstacles. If there are obstacles, clear them from the environment. 

2. Check to make sure the sensors on Cobi are clean. If they are dirty, wipe all sensors with a micro-fiber cloth. If they are clean, elevate the issue to the next level of support.
