What should I do if I am receiving a 'wheel lifted' error on Cobi 18?

1.Check to make sure the machine is operating on a level surface. If not, move Cobi to operate on a level surface.

2. Check to make sure the hopper is installed correctly? If not, clean the magnets on the hopper and the machine and re-install it correctly.

3. Check to see if the main brush is installed correctly? If not, remove the main brush and re-install correctly. If it is installed correctly, elevate the issue to the next level of support.
