What should I do if I am getting a 'hopper not installed' error on Cobi 18?
1.Check to see if the hopper is installed correctly. If it isn't, clean the magnets on the hopper and on the machine then re-install the hopper. If the hopper is installed correctly, reboot the machine to see if it reactivates.
2. If a reboot does not work, elevate the issue to the next level of support.
