1. Check to see if the screen shows signs of water damage. If it does, elevate the issue to the next level of support.

2. Check to see if the battery is fully charged? If it is NOT, plug the charger into a wall outlet and allow Cobi to fully charge. If it IS fully charged, elevate the issue to next level of support.
