1. First, check to see if the vacuum motor turns on. If not, elevate the issue to the next level of support.
2. Check to make sure the tank lid is sealed correctly by ensuring the lid is snapped down and into place.
3. Check to see if the tank lid gasket is out of place or torn. If it is, elevate the issue to the next level of support.
4. Check to see if the squeegee opening is blocked or clogged. If it is, remove the blockage, rinse, and clean.
5. Check to make sure the squeegee is mounted (attached) correctly. If not, remove it, clean it, and re-mount (re-attach) it to the machine.
6. Check to see if the squeegee blade is worn or torn. If it is, order a new squeegee assembly and replace the old one.
7. Check to see if the vacuum hose is clogged. If it is clogged, clear the clog using a hose and water or a Cobi Cannon. If the vacuum hose is not clogged, elevate the issue to the next level of support.
