How do I clear a side brush motor error on Cobi 18?

1. Check to see if the side brush spins while the machine is in use. If yes, reboot Cobi to see if the brush reactivates.

2. Check to see if you can spin the side brush by hand. If not, elevate the issue to the next level of support. 

3. Is the side brush clean? If not, clean the side brush of any debris and reinstall. If yes, elevate the issue to the next level of support.
