How do I clear a cliff sensor error on Cobi?

1. Check to see if all four cliff sensors are clean. If not, use a microfiber cloth and wipe them all clean.

2. Check to see if a cliff sensor is cloudy or broken. If no, elevate the issue to the next level of support. If yes, elevate the issue to the next level of support.
